Returns & Refund policy

Catch of the Day (COTD) New Zealand offers a return policy as outlined in our terms & conditions in accordance with New Zealand laws.

Returns:

  • Product Swap: This situation covers when you wish to swap a product for any other product in our range. Products sold on special exclusions apply
  • Incorrectly Ordered: This is when the you, the customer, have incorrectly ordered the stock, and do not require the stock
  • Expired Stock: Stock which has expired cannot be returned or refunded
  • Warranty: This is for all products returned under warranty from your customer – we will honour warranty on any products which are not expired

To start a return, contact your sales rep and provide the items, quantities, invoice number and reason for return and they will start the return process for you. Alternatively, you can contact us at sales@cotd.co.nz.   If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package at your cost.

Refunds:

Approved returns will generally be refunded as a credit note which will be applied to your account and can be used for future orders.
